Out the door...

We are abandoning our kitties again this weekend. I really wish they traveled better, I'd take them everywhere with us. Our neighbor is taking care of them for us, and I'm sure they won't miss us as much as we miss them.

Anyway, we're going to OKC this weekend to scope out some houses, and possibly meet with the bank regarding our loan. I can't believe that by the end of this summer, we might be living in a new house, and maybe even pregnant! I hope everything works out...

We've been poring over houses on the internet, and I'm already planning my new office and nursery. I can't wait to get settled. OKC has a LOT Of options in our price range, so really we just need to find a good neighborhood, and then choose which house works for us. Tim is excited because a lot of the ones we are looking at happen to have a apartment over the garage. He wants to set up a full music studio in there so he can have somewhere to rock out, without waking up the baby. (HOLY CRAP, THERE MIGHT BE A BABY!)

I'm also going to a wedding shower this weekend for Tim's cousin Matt's lovely bride Gemma. I'm so excited for those two, they are quite a pair. Gemma is SO cool and I'm glad I'll be around to get to know her better. I still haven't bought a gift though. :) I guess I'll need to go shopping soon.

I am just about fully recovered from my weekend in Vegas. That was quite an adventure, and now that my feet aren't swollen to the size of watermelon, I can honestly say, it was the BEST time I've had hanging out with my Denver friends. The only thing that could have improved it, would have been if Tim was there. Rockabilly really ain't his scene, but I do think he would have really liked all the music. And the drinking. ;)

Anyway, I've got to go shower and pack for our next trip, so I'll catch ya on the flip side.
