I am a freelance Graphic Designer and Foodie Hobbyist. I'm married to the most amazing human being I've ever known. I have 3 darling little meows who leave cat hair all over my life. I love museums (art, science and otherwise), dusty little shops with vintage treasures, a stiff drink, quiet libraries, historical biographies, old movies, old music and stinky cheese. I'm always up for live music, and wish I could get over my fear of organized dancing. I grew up in a small town on the west coast and spent my youth in the forests, rivers and ocean of Oregon. I'm a small town girl, with an urban edge. I'm all about shrinking my eco-footprint, supporting local organic farmers, and living a clean vegetarian lifestyle. (The gin not withstanding, and it's really only on special occasions...like Fridays. And Saturdays. :P) I have a flair for the dramatic, and have been known to dress up for any occasion that calls for it, and some that don't.

There is at least one dog barking every week? Do remember last weeks announcement about Rebecca Carrol? She was in the paper two or three times. Turns out she and I used to be friends, I was always jealous because she developed boobs way bigger than I'll ever get when she was like 13. Anyway, she's a little crazy now. She borrowed a sleeping bag from my mom (she was living at the beach) before getting arrested twice.
I'm thirsty.
And my feet are cold.

Omigod, this is hilarious! I also live in a small town, and when I was about 15, I soaped the windows of the local phone booth (the only one in town)! The chief of police happened to drive by at that exact moment, and actually chased me in his car (I was on foot) around and around, until I finally escaped into a circle of my friends. He finally got out of his car, but nobody would tell him who did it and he couldn't tell us apart! Case closed.
